The birth of Mediaclip™
In 2004, while pregnant with her second child, Marion Duchesne set out to create a montage of family photos to give to her father for his birthday. Soon after she started the task, it quickly became clear that no online software was offering the features she was looking for. Furthermore, the user experience of every “solution” she tried, was categorically awful.
A pioneer
Armed with her ambition and her background in business development, Marion carefully studied the market, and soon confirmed that the opportunity existed for a better way to create and order personalized photo products online. Within weeks, she partnered with key industry experts and started on the project of building the solution she had been searching for herself.

The birth of Mediaclip™ is based on the real needs of a mother who wanted to preserve and share her memories with her family. Who better to understand the typical user? Marion has experienced the frustrations and limitations of other “creative print solutions” and today, feels proud to be the driving force behind a product that answers the needs of consumers everywhere.
