Support for integration
Mediaclip™ provides you with highly detailed documentation, so if you have chosen the API solution, you can integrate the components of the Mediaclip™ Photo Product Creator Suite™ into your e-commerce platform and/or production system. During the implementation period, our technical support team is attentive to your needs and works with you to assure a smooth integration process. Several developers, engineers and architects are available if needed.
Documentation
The documentation is a reference tool for understanding and managing the different components of the Mediaclip ™ Photo Product Creator Suite ™. The following documents are available:
- The Administration Guide contains valuable information on the installation, configuration and integration of our solution into your e-commerce platform.
- The Content Creation Guide provides detailed information on library architecture, creation process, as well as optimization tips and step-by-step instructions that enable graphic designers, developers and integrators to add stunning new products to their store’s offering.
- The Sandbox Studio™ documentation explains the installation of the Mediaclip™ GUI-based content creation tool and provides detailed instructions on how to use it to easily modify, create and import/export content.
- Release Notes are delivered automatically with each new release, and provide you information on update procedures, new features, modifications, enhancements and corrections introduced in the new version of the application.
