Softec ApS and Mediaclip Announce
Distribution Agreement for Photo Product Creator Suite

MONTREAL, CANADA, JUNE 26, 2008 — Mediaclip, www.mediaclip.ca, a leading provider of dynamic and innovative software solutions for the creation and production of personalized photo products, announced today that the Company have signed a distribution agreement with Softec ApS, www.softec.dk, a leading e‐commerce and order management software company for the exclusive distribution of Mediaclip’s Photo Product Creator Suite in the European Market.

Softec will distribute Mediaclip’s licenses to be integrated into customer’s e‐commerce platform as well as part of its FMS Solution.

This agreement will strengthen the sales and service of Mediaclips’ world leading photo product softwares in Europe. Softec will provide the best technology, support, and access to Mediaclip’s solution to the European Photo Market industry.
