As one of world’s biggest photography show is just a month away, we investigated for you the juiciest rumors for Photokina 2018.
For those who haven’t heard of Photokina, the event is a pit-stop in the industry and has been, up to now, held every two years in Cologne, Germany. Slightly changing to move to an annual event from this year on, the event’s sheer scale needs to be seen to be believed. Indeed, it has traditionally been the place where photography brands like to launch their biggest products.
With this year’s Photokina event opening to the public in less than a week, now’s a great time to round up all the rumors on what could be unveiled in the halls of the Koelnmesse venue on September 26.

4. A cult product will see its renewal:
Ricoh’s amazing premium compact camera enjoys cult status thanks to its bright fixed lens and excellent image quality.[3] The rumor mill wants it that this veteran camera will be seeing its replacement at Photokina 2018.
